We didn\u2019t want a tour group because we had specific places we wanted to visit and wanted the flexibility to do everything on our own schedule. Everything was arranged before we arrived, first through email and then WhatsApp. We specifically requested an English\/Spanish-speaking driver and a van with A\/C. Once there, we were so relieved we hadn\u2019t tried to drive ourselves. Between the traffic, spotty cell service, unfamiliar roads, and parking, having a private driver made everything so much easier. He would drop us off and wait while we did our tours, ate, or explored. Whenever we were ready to go, he was ready too, so we never felt rushed or had to worry about coordinating transportation. Unfortunately, I don\u2019t remember our driver\u2019s name, but he was wonderful. He was friendly, accommodating, made stops when requested, offered recommendations, helped translate when needed, and even helped take group photos for us. When we stopped for meals, he took his break separately, but our group was happy to treat him since he was taking care of us all day. Having Driver Costa Rica took so much stress out of our trip while giving us the freedom to experience Costa Rica on our own time. Our friends had used him many years ago and weren\u2019t sure he was still in the business. We spoke to Leo and right away we knew we could work with him. His suggestions saved us from wasting three travel days of our ten day trip just going from one location to another. We were able to have excursions on our travel days as opposed to just getting transfers from one spot to another. Our guide \/ driver was Roy and he was so knowledgeable about the whole country. Any subject we bought up he was able to expound on and make it interesting. Roy pointed out things in the forest that we would have never found. Roy was easygoing and flexible with what we wanted to do. He also has a good sense of humor. EXPERIENCE<\/strong>\nWe just returned from a once in a lifetime 10 day family vacation to Costa Rica. 6 adults and 6 children, ages 4-14. We used Costa Rica Drivers for our entire experience...transport and excursions. Setting up the actual plan for our stay was effortless because of Leo who worked closely with us to make sure we had the best adventures and tours possible. Our driver\/guide, Pablo was absolutely wonderful. He was a wealth of information and enriched every aspect of our trip. Every excursion was excellent and the cost was less than had I set everything up myself. The vehicles were in excellent condition and we felt extremely safe in every aspect of our experience. Most of the drivers were friendly and helpful. Working with Leo was wonderful. He sent me reminders via whatsup few days before each transportation. All his fleet were reliable and as a group of 9 we felt very safe. We had 3 different drivers all excellent but my props goes to Pablo. He was an amazing and friendly \u201ctico\u201d driver that was fully committed to his customers to enjoy his country.
